Just Me. Thinking of You.

Hi there, and Happy Saturday!

It's my day to post at the Great Impressions blog.  It's been SO cold, dreary, and windy here,
that I thought this bicycle looked like something happy to create with today.
I used Great Impressions F203-Garden Bicycle, and

We have oodles of road maps, so I began with a 4" x 5.25" panel that I photocopied from one of the maps, and adhered to the card base.  Our little city is highlighted in blue on the bottom
right corner.  The bike fenders, flowers, seat, wheel centers, and
our city name are all accented with Glossy Accents.

The bike and sentiment were stamped on white card stock.  I colored and fussy cut the bike,
and hand cut the large cloud shape around the sentiment.  A second cloud was die-cut. Both clouds were matted with blue, and trimmed nice and neat.  The small cloud was adhered directly
to the card, while the large cloud and bike were adhered with foam squares
to give them a bit of dimension.

Hope you'll follow the Great Impressions blog, for daily inspiration!
Need stamps?  Check out the Great Impressions Store - wonderful selection and great prices!
And...don't forget to enter our January challenge, 'Snow Friends'!  We'd love to see your creations!
You do not have to use a Great Impressions Stamp, but we'd love it if you did! If you use GI stamps, be sure to leave a comment on the challenge post, and you'll have two chances to win!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great weekend!

What a creative idea to use the map! Love how you highlighted your hometown too.
Bike riding out of the question here right now, 8 inches of snow yesterday and supposed to get a few more today, lake effect band to pass over. Ugh....well, it is January....cute card, Patti.

I just love a map. How smart if you to use a photocopy, so you can use the map over and over!
