Caps and Gowns!

Hello, and...
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

It's that time, again!  School is nearly out, and we've needed some graduation cards.
So far, we've had need for black and gold, and navy and white.
Here are the black and gold cards:

I saw this idea about 2 years ago at Dawn Olchefske's blog, and sketched it out for future use.
It came in handy this year! As it's all straight lines, what an easy project it was!
Couldn't have done it without my Perfect Paprcrafting rulers though!  Check
out my sidebar for details!!!

Have a great day, and thanks for stopping by!

Congratulations Rikkie!

Happy Mother's Day to you all. I especially miss my mom on Mother's Day. It was the one day of the year that was set aside just to let her know how special she was.  Now, it's a day for my family to shower me with blessings. I am so thankful for a wonderful son, daughter, and husband in my life.  I hope that your day has been as richly blessed as mine has!

My project today is an image from Pixie Dust Studio.  What fun digi images they have!  I was in need of a graduation card for a special young lady, and this image seemed perfect.  Rikkie, if you are reading, Congratulations!  You are one very beautiful and special young lady, and we wish you well, as you begin a new phase in your life...

Supplies: Gina K. Designs Pure Luxury White CS, Colorbok Black CS, Gold CS from my stash, Image from Pixie Dust Studio, Copic Markers, White Vision Gel Pen, Perfect Layers Tools, Sentiment from Michael's $1 bin, Tassle from DMC embroidery thread, brad from my stash.

I also made another graduation box using the template from Creations by AR.  This was just too easy and quick to not get more use out of!
Have a great day, and I'll see you back here tomorrow!

Thanks for stopping by :)

Hugs,
Patti J.
