Designer Choice Challenge at The House that Stamps Built

Happy 1st Wednesday in December!
Almost Christmas - can you believe we are almost into a new year, and a new DECADE??? Yikes!

It's time for another Repeat Impressions Stamps challenge at The House that Stamps Built, and we have a new Designer’s Choice Challenge for you. I am the hostess for the month, and I have challenged everyone to 'Decorate Your Envelope'! Please join us in our challenge, and create something using the theme: "Decorate Your Envelope".

I thought it would be fun to use some everyday floral stamps with Christmas colors!
Here's what I made using these Repeat Impressions Stamps:

Some Copic coloring, some pretty gold Washi tape (thanks, Shirley!), and ta-da!

 And now it’s your turn!
We hope you will create a card that has a focus on today’s DCC theme, and enter it in our challenge at The House that Stamps Built!  Remember, your creation does not have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would love to see them!  Plus, there’s an added bonus… you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing for using our stamps in your submissions!
One lucky person this month will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate!

Check out my sidebar - grab the code to save money on your RI orders!

Now, it's time to see what my DT friends have created!

Joy     Laurie     Heather   Shirley     Donna     Esther

Happy Hopping!
Hope you link up a card this week!

Thanks for stopping by,

Patti J.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Mix and Match

Hello, my creative friends!

I'm pleased to share another Blue Knight Rubber Stamps project with you today.

I'm really enjoying these stamps! Wowzers!!! They stamp so precisely - gotta love well made stamps!

Again, the October theme is Mix 'n Match - we are to use one or more stamps from at least two stamp sets!

I am a part of a group that tries to meet once a year. We each bring a project, and there are 6 of us. So we start crafting about 9 a.m., break for lunch, and create all afternoon! It's a great time, and we make 6 fun projects. We also give each other little 'gifts', which is SO much fun! I chose to gift the ladies with a pretty Christmas die, but needed a way to gift wrap it.

I had these Kraft envelopes in my stash, and decided to see how they would look stamped and colored. The images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and colored with a handful of Copic Markers. I used these Blue Knight Rubber Stamps products:

Hope you like it, and are inspired to check out the blog (link below) for more inspiration from the design team!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I'll be back with another BKRS creation on October 23rd!

Hugs and blessings,
