Hi there!
I have 3 cards to share today, using the new release stamp #S888 'Flag Across America'. This is a beautiful stamp. My first instincts when I saw this image, was to send a card to each of our kids and their family. One lives in the DC area, one in the Sacramento CA area, and of course, we live in the St Louis area.
Here's what I made for them:
These two cards were colored with Copic markers, distressed with a paper towel dipped in alcohol, a fine point marker, and a couple of red glitter hearts. The sentiments are from one of my favorite older Technique Junkies sets #SS02b Simple Sentiments Set 2, Style b.
Don't forget about our Independence Day coming up July 4th! This would be a perfect image for the holiday!
For the third card, I used the image, and stamped over top of it with a Technique Junkies stamp #SD436 'America Beats True'.
These were easy cards to create! I am having a lot of fun with this June release! Hope you see something you like!
So glad you stopped by today!

Patti J.

Fun cards, Patti! So fun to personalize them like that.
Really awesome cards. I loved seeing how different a card can look with different stamps. I really like the bottom on with large script. Your children will love them. Must get my made cards sent out.
Great cards. I like how you've done the hearts from where you are to where your kids are. The sentiment on the last card works perfectly with the USA image. BTW the other day I saw on another blog where you were wondering if your Follow-It notification was working - it is - that's how I got today's post.
Another great set of cards, and I love how you made the cards to both kids on different coasts of the country. Brilliant. Such a pretty stamp as well. TJ has a great collection this month.
I like them. Where did you get them? Thank you Patti
Aww, love these cards you made your kids. I bet they loved them. Nicely done, Patti.
Hugs
