Here is the sketch that we were given to create with:
Sigh, I just HAD to flip this one!
I loved this stamp and sketch -
very clean lines.
For my little 'button', I stamped only a portion of the stamp (the little flowers to the top right of the sentiment). The tulips were fussy cut, and stuck on a blue circle with a dab of glue.

Oh, my, those colors do make me think of Spring - until I look out the window at 4" of snow on the ground! Fabulous card, Patti! Love your little tulip "button."
