Repeat Impressions Color Challenge

Hello! Are you ready for a new color challenge at The House that Stamps Built?
We have a fun color combination today.

This is another one that I had to really think about - all I could see was Halloween with these colors.
SO....a big step out of my comfort zone!

Here's the colors we are challenging you to use:

And, here is the card that I made, using Repeat Impressions 9009-F Butterfly (sm), and Repeat Impressions 8606-E Happy Birthday.

The butterflies were repeatedly stamped in green and purple, on cream card stock, and
voila!  A card front was born. The sentiment was added with some foam dots, and it's ready to mail.
If you notice the terrible trimming around my sentiment, you will understand why I use my
Perfect Layers rulers to do my matting! (see my sidebar!)

Have a great day, and don't forget to see what my fellow Rock Stars have to share today
using this beautiful color combo!

Have fun!
Hope you link up your card this week at The House that Stamps Built!

Great Impressions sponsors House of Cards

Hello!
Great Impressions is proud to be sponsoring the House of Cards Challenge this month.
They chose this fabulous inspiration photo for us to use.  Oh my, what a luscious room!

I used Great Impressions H251 Tall Tulips for my project.

When I saw this beautiful inspiration photo, I didn't see a card...I saw a Home Decor opportunity!
So, I created this lovely box framed project that can be placed on a shelf or mantle, OR....

it can be used as a greeting card!

Now it's your turn! Grab that beautiful inspiration photo, create something wonderful, and link it up in the House of Cards ChallengeYou could be the winner of some Great Impressions goodness!

Time to Celebrate!

Hi there!

So, have you been following the Great Impressions blog this week?
All week long, our DT has been showcasing fun things for kids - each day has
had new inspiration of the non-card variety!

My project today, is to celebrate school being out for the summer.
What kid doesn't get excited to see that last day of school roll around?

I thought that was cause for celebration, and used Great Impressions Stamps
E-759 Time to Celebrate to create this fun candy tin for a young lady we know.
She loved it - hope you will enjoy it, too!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Don't forget about the GI challenge!
The theme for May is 'Celebrate Spring'.
You don't have to use GI stamps, but we'd love it if you did!
If you use GI stamps be sure to link up to the customer gallery HERE.

Be sure to stop by the Great Impressions store HERE and treat yourself to a few new stamps!

Victorian Kids

Hello out there!

I have a darling new release from Die-Versions to share with you today - you
are going to want this one!

My card today is created with Die-Versions "Victorian Kids" Whispers DV-463.

Don't you love it when a card comes together quickly, and
beautifully, with just a bit of fun patterned paper, a wonderful sentiment,
and an AMAZING die?  Yep, love it when that happens!

Here's what I made:

Those dies are on your wish list, right? Oh my goodness, they cut like butter,
and just fall right out of the die.

Hope you will become a follower of the Die-Versions blog,
and do a bit of shopping at the Die-Versions store - they have some wonderful new releases!

Thanks for stopping by!
Patti J.
