Mom

Hi everyone!

Today I have a card to share that I made for the Impression Obsession challenge 'Mom's Rule'.  Mother's Day is always a bit difficult for me, as I lost my mom to cancer in 1999. However, I have a daughter, and daughter-in-law that are both moms, so I usually create for them!

Here's a quick card that I made using the Impression Obsession Die 'Sunflower Background'.

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great week!

Wow Patti, this card is a stunner! I love the background and your pretty floral die over it! That's the best part is being able to create for the females in your life and paying remembrance to your own mom in the process!! Big hugs

Patti, I lost my mom in 2009, and she was only 62. My husband's mom has passed too. I look forward to the days (still far in the future) when my son marries and has kids. This card is beautiful! I'm guessing this background was made with pigment powders? Its gorgeous!

Im so sorry to hear about your mom. Its so nice to bring joy to mothers like you did. Im alone in Canada with my sisters and mom in the South so my last aunt receives a Mother's Day card from me.

Your card is totally jaw dropping!! Your background rocks! And the yellow sunset magically highlights your bg.

I love that die, and when it's put on your colorful background, it really rocks. Such a great card!!!
