Good morning, and happy Friday!
Yikes, Autumn is fast upon us, and we needed a very quick card...one that I could literally stamp, and take to the post office right away. On one of my trips to deliver water samples for DH to a lab about an hour away, I simply HAD to stop at Melange, a beautiful gift and rubber stamp store in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. You all know how it is - the car would NOT turn left at the junction, so I was helpless. Decided to just suck it up and go with it...lol.
A couple of stamps found their way into the car for the trip home, and haven't yet been inked up. Today was the day!
This is a rubber stamp by Memory Box, "Autumn Leaves Collage". Using a Kaleidacolor "Autumn Leaves" ink pad, the image was inked and stamped. The mat and card base are Kraft Cardstock, the ribbon is a Stampin'Up seam binding that was a gift from my friend, Amanda, and the DP is from the My Mind's Eye 'Lost and Found Christmas' Collection.
Thanks for stopping by - off to the post office!
Oops, before I go, I wanted to invite you all to stop by this weekend! I'm a Guest Designer for Inspired Stamps on Sunday, and have some fun projects to share! If you haven't been to Inspired Stamps to meet Antoinette and her team, and look around, you should plan a trip soon! Oh my, you will want everything you see. If you like the children stamps with huge eyes, you'll be in stamper's heaven! The Inspired Stamps Blog is fun to visit, as well. There is quite often a contest or give-a-way going on, as well as regular challenges!
Okay, NOW I'm off to the post office :)
Have a great day, and thanks again for dropping by to visit!
Hugs and blessings,
Patti J.

pretty Patti! Love Memory Box! How fortunate for you your car knows what you need! hehe
How fun and great for the season.
How funny you let the car take you there...lol
Excited to see your guest post sweetie.
Thanks for the phone call the other day, loved talking with you.
Don't you just hate it Patti when your car takes on a mind of its own and forces you to the craft shop! My pc does the same, I think a button must get stuck or something, but before I know what's happened its put goodies in the shopping basket!
Fabulous card BTW, your new stamps are so pretty and I'm lovin your multi coloured ink!
So excited to have you join us as a Guest Designer!! Much Love!!
Beautiful card Patti! Very elegant. Love the big bow and the lovely colours.
Have a great week-end.
Hugs xx
One of those days, huh?!!! LOL!!!
Love your card!!! It's beautiful, and I love the stamp!!!
I'll be around to check out your guest designer project, and congrats on your designer spot at "Inspired Stamps".
Hugs, my friend!
Hi Patti, I wouldn't worry too much about the extra stop...I think the car just knows when it needs a stop to cool off...hmmmm!!
Love your card, that stamp is beautiful and love the calming green colour.
hugs Mau xx
Yeah, those darn cars have a mind of their own! But this time the car knew best and knew there was a stamp there with your name on it! lovely fall card but have you stepped outside today? Feels closer to winter to me...these old bones are so sensitive!
Beautiful Patti! Love the multicolors of ink. And it's a great stamp...well worth letting the car have a mind of it's own in my opinion. Thanks for the shout about the ribbon...it look fabulous on your card! I'm jealous of your lovely bow! =) TFS!
What a beautiful card Patti!
Such a cute and colorful card! Love. Can't wait to see what you came up with!
OH MY what an incredibly awesome card! Congrats on your GD spot!
Love this stamp and the K-Pad worked great - the ribbon was the perfect accent. I just haven't had much "craft" time this week - too much cleaning out - and hmmm...working!!!
