Hello, my crafty friends!
I'm super excited to be back here today, guest designing for Blue Knight Rubber Stamps for the month of March!
I got to work with this company the last two years, and I very much enjoyed creating with their beautiful, high quality stamps. I was eager to get started with the fun stamps that the owner, Lynn Anderson sent me this month.
For this post, I used this Blue Knight Rubber Stamps set:
I was asked to use this stamp set to achieve two different looks. Here's a spring/summer card. This first card was colored with Copic markers. After coloring, I used a piece of card stock, and added some 'sun rays' prior to ink blending the sky with some Distress Oxide Inks. After creating the layers of the card, I stamped a sentiment from the 11-16-0177 Rejoice Always stamp set.
To create this winter card, I used a Cloud stencil, some Glitter glue, and some white paint spatters to create a winter scene. I wish you could see the beautiful sparkle! Perhaps enlarging it would do the trick - give it a click and see what happens! We've had a lot of snow the last few weeks, so I thought a winter creation was only fitting!
Hope you like these cards, and are inspired to check out the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Blog (link below) for more inspiration from the design team!
