Reject.......thank goodness!

Hi there!

I don't know about you, but I'm shocked that it's already Thursday! Where did the week go?

Before I start jabbering, has anyone else's blog reverted back to the 'OLD' blogger style?  Sheesh, what is up with them?  Don't know why they can't leave well enough alone!

Things are slowly getting back to normal here. I decided that while I had already been away from the blog for a few days, now would be a great time to spend a few days getting tax things prepared. So, one day down, and a couple to go.

The card I have to show today is a publication reject. A while back, a call was sent out for projects using Baker's Twine. We were to think 'outside the box' and get very creative with our use of twine. Well, either I got too creative or not creative enough! Thank goodness I had a reject to show you today, as I don't have anything new prepared!

The papers are all Cosmo Cricket, the twine is mostly The Twinery & Jillibean. The sentiment is from the package of Cosmo Cricket.

Ta-da!

Hope that your week is going well, and that you have a nice, relaxing weekend ahead.

Thanks for stopping by, and for being patient with my status of MIA in Blogland!

Hugs and many, many blessings,
Patti J.

I saw this IRL and thought it was totally "out of the box" how much fun this was. Well now since it is a "reject" you will just have to pass it on to someone who will appreciate it!!!

I knew that eventually you would post a new card, and that you lovely daughter and son in law would slide down the page, but I did enjoy stopping by to oogle over their photo every day. Love all the twine colors! Did you use the big glue circles for your centers? I so need to get some of them!

Patti, I have had this card open on my desktop for nearly a week now, meaning to tell you fabulous it is! Sorry it took me so long. The fun thing about having it open all this time, is that each time I come back and look at it, I see another fun way you used the twine. I'm sorry it got rejected, but I am loving it. Think I'll keep it open a little while longer. :-)
