Pizza Me...

Happy Monday, ya'll...

I've been working on a few fun Valentine's Day cards, and thought I'd share them with you, a few at a time. This first card was made using a delightful 'Favorite Puperoni' stamp set that Simon Says Stamps sent me free with an order last year. I used the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board to create the cute envelope.

I'm entering this in the Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp. Wish me luck!
I totally 'NEED' some new crafty supplies!

Thanks for stopping by today -

Hugs and smiles,
Patti J.

Belle

Good morning!

Just popping in this morning to share a pretty and ever so quick card that I created using a new Penny Black stamp 'Belle'.

I used small finger daubers for this, and inked some different shades of Distress Oxide Inks directly onto the stamp.  It's an easy way to create some depth, and use different colors on a one layer stamp.

I'm quite embarrassed to say that I've torn my craft room apart, and cannot figure out which stamp set the sentiment is from!

I'm going to enter this in the Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp 'Use More Than One Stamp'.

Thanks for stopping by today - hope you had a nice weekend!
Ours was perfect. We had a wonderful Homecoming at our church on Sunday, and made our graveyard visits on Monday.

Hugs to all,

Patti J.

T.G.I.F.

Happy Friday!
Today is full of errands, so this will be a short post.
I saw that the Simon Says Stamp challenge this week was to use paper piecing,
and I totally LOVE to paper piece, so couldn't pass that one up!

Since I needed to use stamps that can be found at Simon Says Stamp...
Meet 'Sweet Thinkin' Mae' from the Some Odd Girl collection.
I thought she paper pieced quite nicely.

Some Odd Girl "Sweet Thinkin Mae" , Amuse Heart Dies, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Copic markers, Doodlebug 'Sweet Cakes' Designer Paper Pad, Adhesive, Dimensional Foam, Colorbok CS, Hammermill 100# CS.
Hope that your weekend is relaxing, and that you make time for you!

Thanks for stopping by today...
Hugs,

Have a Fantastic Day!

Hello!
Hope you all had a great weekend.
Ours was simply not long enough...
I think that our weekend should be 5 days, and our work week 7.
When they put me in charge, I'll be sure to fix that!

I needed a quick card for my chemo lady, and saw the challenge at Simon Says Stamp was to use black, white, and a splash of another color.  So...here is my black and white card!

Hero Arts: CG140 Poppy Background, Hero Arts CL578 Good Friends, Memento Tuxedo Black Dye Ink, Copic BG10, Hammermill 100# CS, Perfect Layers Rulers
Edited:  I'm so sorry that I didn't post directions for this card.  This was a 5.5 x 5.5 square card base of Hammermill 100# cardstock.  The image was stamped on a scrap of the Hammermill, and cut out, exactly on the black border.  I then matted on the teal, then adhered the panel to the card front.  The flowers were colored with Copic Marker BG10, and the image was stamped below.  Please feel free to email me if you need more info!

Used Perfect Layers Rulers for my borders (see sidebar for details).
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great week!

Hugs,
Patti J.
