Include Stenciling on cards

 Hello!

So glad you stopped by today!

It's time for a new challenge at The House that Stamps Built! Our challenge for this week is to use stenciling on our cards.

I have a friend fighting breast cancer, so decided to go with a pink theme!

I used these Repeat Impressions' stamps:

I stenciled the background using Faded Petals, from A Colorful Life Designs. I used an ink blending brush and some Kitch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink, and the background was done!

Next up, I colored the prescription bottle and 'pills', and fussy cut it. Popped it up over a doily using some dimensional foam. Easy, fun, cheerful card!

Now it's your turn! Come join us in our challenge! Remember, you don't HAVE to use Repeat Impressions Stamps, but if you do, you have double the chance of winning!
I can't wait to see your beautiful scene cards!!!

Check out my sidebar to see how you can save money on your RI orders!

Now, it's time to see what my DT friends have created!

Happy Hopping, and Happy 4th!

Thanks for stopping by,
Patti J.

I think those just may be happy pills as the card is so cute. Love the pill bottle popped up on the doily, I need to use them more, doily that it not pills. CAS and quick and easy.

Such a heartwarming card. Your friend will be so happy to receive your uplifting card. I'm in love with pink these days and your card fits the bill. Such a pretty stencil. The doily is a lovely touch.
