It's my day to share a Pick of the Week at The House that Stamps Built. The Repeat Impressions Stamps that I picked to showcase are:
Here is my card...but it's not a regular card...
Opening the first flap...
Opening the second flap...
This is looking at the entire inside of the card.
My message will be written on the peachy colored 'solid' pages.
And here is a shot looking at the entire card from the back side.
You will first need to create and mat your focal panel, for the front of your card. My panel at the outside edge of the large green mat measures 4.5" x 3 5/8". As long as your panel is smaller than the first fold on the left you are okay.
You will need a piece of two sided paper that measures 5 1/2" x 12".
Score on the long side at: 1.75", 4.75" and 7.75 inch, and fold as shown above!
On the back panel, most folks put a white piece of cardstock, measuring 4" x 5.25" - I chose to carry through with the beautiful floral and use the more solid DP for my message.
That's all there is to it! What fun!
I 'cased' this from Klompen Stampers, and she has a video tutorial HERE...thanks to Jackie for sharing this fun design!
Hope you will give this a try - it really is easy, makes such a fun card, and is a great way to showcase all of that double sided yummy paper that we tend to
save ration hoard!!!
