Color Challenge at FBW

Click here for today's Stampin' Sisters in Christ post!
The challenge this week at Flutterby Wednesdays was a color challenge. We were to use orange, purple, and black on a card, and of course, include a butterfly, angel, or fairy. I managed to use these colors without making a Halloween card! Sigh...sometimes I surprise even myself! lol...

The sentiment is one I picked up at convention this year from Morningstar Stamps. Butterflies are punched with Martha Stewart Punches. Cardstock is all Bazzill. DP is from scraps.

Hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

By the way, we will be pulling the camper in next weekend, so maybe I'll be back to normal blogging/blurfing next week! Thanks for being so patient with me!!!

Hugs,

Patti J.

I like this one - how original to make those colors work together and yet not be a Halloween card. Great work my friend.

Good to hear the camper is getting parked up soon, I'm sure you'll be glad just to settle back into your craft room with all your goodies to hand!

Love this card! I need it cross-stitched for my office! Love the way you did the color combo, I have such a hard time with that trio of colors. You've been busy making cards - what's next! Tee-Hee!
