Paint the World

Hi there!

It's my day to post on the Technique Junkies Design blog, and I wanted to a pretty card made with some of the wonderful August release products!

This card uses an awesome new background stamp, 'World Compass'. I stamped the sentiment from the new set 'Celebrate Diversity' on the white focal panel, then stamped the image using Versamark Ink, and embossing with white embossing powder onto another white panel. Using the 'Ink Blending Brushes', I blended some Distress Oxide ink onto the image. The layers were adhered together, and mounted onto a Kraft card base.

I love making cards that are so very easy, but look difficult! Technique Junkies background stamps make such an awesome card!

This August release has been amazing! Wait until you see the September release!

Don't forget!!! You can always save 10% on any order by entering TJ10Patti at checkout.

This were so easy to create, and perfect for the turmoil in our world today! Hope you will take a look at this wonderful sentiment set!

Now, be sure to head over to the Technique Junkies store and check out the incredible new stamps this month!

Thanks for stopping by,

Patti J.

I love your pairing of the sentiment and the image. It really does look like someone is "painting the world." Terrific card, Patti.

Hi Patti! I see you are still blogging away chick. Beautiful card. LOVE it. I hope you are doing well. I stopped crafting for a few years to help take care of my mom and a few other things. Went back to work full-time. While I was off work for about 6 weeks because of the virus I started crafting again and started a YouTube channel. This resulted in Kim Sears and I reconnecting and it got me wondering how other crafty friends were doing. We swapped 3 x 5 art cards and I was wondering if any of you would be interested in doing it? Would love to hear how you are doing. I'm off to visit Shirley! Melisa Waldorf

Well yes this look "hard" but after reading your description it looks like even I could maybe do this. Love this image and the colors are perfect.

Fantastic card Patti! Love that image... so cool! The blue hue is very pretty. I thought it was colored card stock. :)
