Hello friends!
I have a fun little creation to share today, that I made, using these awesome
Crafter's Companion products:
Signature Collection by Sara Davies 'Together Forever' A4 Luxury Foiled Card Pad
Ultimate Tool
I cannot get enough of this fabulous card stock. Oh my goodness! It is
just regal. My photos do not do it justice. I just can't figure out how to photograph
such a beautiful, metallic product! If you have any suggestions, I'd love
to hear them!

I needed a last minute gift for someone at church, so here's what I made:
I wanted to create a box just for these candies, so first, I measured to see what size box bottom would be needed.
The candies measured 5" x 5", so I added an inch to each side, and created the
box bottom.
See? Perfect fit!
With the Ultimate Tool, there is a box, and a box lid template. Both pieces
of card stock are cut to the same size, and each are scored on the corresponding template,
resulting in a perfect fit every single time!
The Ultimate Tool also has some fun templates for scallops, waves, swirls, hearts, etc.
I used the scallops, and trimmed just under the scored lines, resulting in a very pretty edge on my
box lid.
Add some adhesive to your box 'flaps' or 'tabs', and voila! The perfect box!
I had a slight mis-score (you can see in the above photo), so I cut a small strip of the stripes,
and glued it over my mis-score. Then, I fussy cut one of the silver roses, and popped it up
with some dimensional foam on top of the strip. Looks SO pretty in real life!
Here is a photo of the box all closed up and ready for delivery to church today!
Yummy....right?

Your box is simply gorgeous Patti and if I opened it up to find those yummy looking treats inside...I would have to hide the box so I can eat them all to myself!! LOL!! Thanks for sharing this wonderful idea!! HUGS
Oh how pretty - and filled with delicious candies as well. Love the cs you used to make the box and thank you for the tutorial as well.
Hi Patti, what a pretty box for your gift. Love the scalloped edges and that
gorgeous paper you chose, so very pretty. Friend must have been so pleased to
receive it.

Such a cute project. TFS. I take my photos on an angle and make sure the overhead light is off. The papers you used are gorgeous.
Whoever received this gift had a big smile on their face for sure. It's pretty AND yummy. Lovely way to make your gift even more special. Hugs!
