March 8, 2011

I hope that your week is going well - can't believe it's already Wednesday!
Time really does fly when you're having fun!

I have a REALLY CAS card for you today! And a speedy CAS card, at that!
I needed a card for DD who is running a 5 mile St. Pat's race in St. Louis on Saturday...

This darling image is a digi from The Doodle Pantry, and is one of Laurie's fabulous pre-colored images.

I printed it out, matted it, slapped some DP on cardstock, cut out the large shamrock at the bottom of the sheet of DP, stuck it and the focal piece on with dimensional dots, and voila!!!!
No more than 10 minutes, tops!

I'm entering this in the Doodle Pantry challenge: Use a Doodle Pantry Image on your project. Just for playing along this week, and using a Doodle Pantry image, you will receive a beautiful free digi set!

I am also entering this card here:

Wild Orchid Challenge: Anything Goes
Cards Challenge: Going Green
The Shabby Tea Room: Use Green (Luck of the Irish)
The Corrosive Challenge: Going Green
Stamp Something: Digi Day - Use a digi image
Do You Stack Up: Just Green It
CES Challenges: St. Pat's Day or Good Luck
Aly's Sunday Challenge: Anything Goes

Hope DD likes it...

All righty, have a great day! My day promises to be busy,
but I'll be by sometime to see what you've been up to!

Hugs and smiles...
Patti J.

Food for thought:
If you were paid a nickle for every kind word or thought,
or charged a nickle for every unkind word or thought,
would you be rich or poor?

Such a cute card! You're DD will love it! And to answer that thought for the day . . . I would have some nickels. Don't think I would be rich though. =/

Bakersfield is good to drive through. Not a lot here but every place to see is only an hour or 2 away.

Gotta love quick cards. This turned out really cute. Love that background paper. I've not made ONE St. Pat's card yet, and the day is 3 days away. And my name is Curtis Patrick O'Brien. . .seems like a sin doesn't it? LOL Good luck to DD on her run! Best, Curt

How cuteis this !!! I can't believe that was so easy to make. Sure looks like it must have taken a long time to make. I MUST check those out cuz as slow as I've been at posting cards Icould sure use some of those every once in awhile. I'd like to think I'd have quite a few nickles !!! I TRY to see the bright side of things most days.
Hugs, Janie
