Today, I wanted to share some cards I made using stamps from the October 2020 Technique Junkies release.
For this card, I'm featuring the new sentiment set, 'Inside Out: 12 Cookies'. This is a set of 10 stamps, and I had a lot of fun designing with them! Along with 'Inside Out: 12 Cookies', I pulled out an older stamp 'Sassy Sue', 'Ink Blending Brushes', and a fun stencil 'A Colorful Life Grunge Dots' (no longer available). Used some Glossy Accents on her glasses and lips, and a bit of glitter on her headband.
Lol...there are days I feel like this little guy! For this card I used 'Bah Humbug' 'Inside Out: 12 Cookies', 'Ink Blending Brushes', and 'A Colorful Life Stencil-Falling Stars' (no longer available). A gold glitter pen was used to outline and color some of the stars. Some glitter paste was added to the fur on his hat.
Next up, I used 'Inside Out: 12 Cookies', 'Christmas Dog', 'Ink Blending Brushes', and 'A Colorful Life Stencil Ho Ho Ho'. A bit of red Zig-Zag Washi Tape finished this off nicely.
So...isn't she adorable? I used the 'Inside Out: 12 Cookies', and two older stamps, 'Stencil Rings', and 'Mrs. Santa's List'. The rings were colored with Copic markers, and the entire panel was sort of washed over with a Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen. The hat was gussied up with some Sparkly Fluff from my stash of antique crafty items.
Last, but not least, here is a pretty card using 'Wise Men'. A gorgeous stamp, a fun layout, some glittery Washi Tape, and a card was created!
I hope these cards brings you some 'happy', and inspire you to use your stamps in different ways. Now, let's Hop!!!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great showcase to show off the new stamps. My favorite is the Wise Men - the composition is so pretty really makes the main image just pop off the page. You have been a busy stamper - got a good start on your Christmas cards. Thanks for all your help.
ReplyDeleteWow Patti!! So many amazing designs you've put together here! I think I kept laughing all the way down and then on the last card with the gorgeous sparkle stripes and image really finished it out beautifully my friend! Looks like a stunning release for sure! Thanks for all of the wonderful inspiration! HUGS
ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness, you've been busy! These are all such great cards. I love the humorous one--we certainly can do with a bit more humor these days!! Your final card is such a unique design, and it's so beautiful. Don't know how you thought of that one, but I'm definitely inspired by it.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so well designed. Great cards.
ReplyDeleteFabulous collection of cards, like your stenciled backgrounds and all the glitter! Nice humor too.

Patti girl, you created an awesome set of cards. I love the combination of stamps with those funny sentiments. You just make them sing. When I first saw your last card, my jaw dropped open. It is so very elegant and looks like it took a long time to make. Excellent work. -- Bethie
ReplyDeleteWOW, Patti, you have been busy reminds me of "just can't stamp one" The final card is beautiful, love the way you used the washi tape, have a ton of it and don't often use it, thanks for the inspiration to get it out and do just that.
ReplyDeleteThe others are just absolutely hysterical. What fun and all true, although we don't dare say some of it outloud, ha ha.
Nicely done!!
Hugs
Sue
