Hello!
It's my day to post on the Technique Junkies Design blog. I have 2 cards to share today, using a couple of fun new stamps, #SDX191 Flip Flop Memories, and #SD1102 At the Beach Border from Technique Junkies.
Here's my first card:
The beach scene was stamped and colored with Copic Markers, prior to framing it up with some 'sandy' looking designer paper from my stash. The sentiment was stamped onto the 'hill'. A cute sunny die cut finished this one off nicely.
And here is card number two:
For this card, my backgrounds were made by stamping #S747 Sudsy Stuff with some blue inks. After stamping the background, I sprayed a light coating of Dolphin Cove Shimmering Bliss over the panels. A couple of fun die cuts, and the fun flip flop sentiment make this one a winner!
These were both fun to make - I'm having a lot of fun with this release!
So glad you stopped by today!
Don't forget!!! You can always save 10% on any order by entering TJ10Patti at checkout.
Now, be sure to head over to the Technique Junkies store and check out this incredible new release!
Hugs and smiles,
Patti J.
Both are so well designed and perfect for summer.
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful cards. The beach is wonderful, so detailed. Seems the beach and ocean and anything to do with the sea is very popular now. My daughter has her entire house decorated in beach, ocean themes. Hope all is well with you my friend. Another wonderful post.

Great cards! Love the beach, both look realistic.
ReplyDeleteLove the beach card, and on this hot day the water looks very inviting. Great coloring as always. And yes life is better in flip flops - especially if you have jammed a little toe during the night.
ReplyDeleteSuch great cards. Loving the curve of that darling sandy designer paper. Cute second card with flip-flops and sun glasses. How fun is that.
