Hello, my crafty friends!
This is my las day, but I'm so excited to be back here today, guest designing for Blue Knight Rubber Stamps!
I got to work with this company the last two years, and I very much enjoyed creating with their beautiful, high quality stamps. I was eager to get started with the fun stamps that the owner, Lynn Anderson sent me this month.
I was asked to use this stamp set to achieve two different looks. I thought I'd work with spring/summer theme for this first card. The focal panel was colored entirely with Copic markers. Once the panel was finished, I adhered it to a green card base and added a couple of tiny butterflies. Voila!
For the second card, I went with a fall/beginning of winter look. To create this card, I colored the image with Copic markers. Then, I ink blended the sky (oops, right over top of the sunflower stalk) and mounted it to a piece of brown cardstock.
Hope you like these cards, and are inspired to check out the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Blog (link below) for more inspiration from the design team!

I like this scene. I have several Blue Knight designs and should pull them out again.
ReplyDeleteSuch a precious stamp. You did a beautiful job colouring these beauties.
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards, I like seeing the difference between the spring and fall!
ReplyDeleteBoth gorgeous cards, the second is my favorite for some reasons my eyes and computer see the colors better. You are an amazing stamper and color to perfection, hugs, Lori m
ReplyDeleteLove the cards. The image of the baby sheep nuzzling its mama is so sweet, and your coloring really does make them look like images of different seasons.
ReplyDeleteBoth designs are wonderful! You did an awesome job coloring the scene!
