Hi there, crafty friends!
It's time for another Repeat Impressions Stamps challenge at The House that Stamps Built, and we have a new Designer’s Choice Challenge for you. Laurie is our hostess for the month, and has challenged us all to use our RI stamps to create something using the theme: "Tag - You're It!".
I made an alcohol ink background, and heat embossed the words with black powder. Mounted tag on black background, then card base. Easy peasy!
And now it’s your turn!
We hope you will create a card that has a focus on today’s DCC theme, and enter it in our challenge at The House that Stamps Built! Remember, your creation does not have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would love to see them! Plus, there’s an added bonus… you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing for using our stamps in your submissions!
One lucky person this month will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate!
Now, it's time to see what my DT friends have created!
Happy Hopping!
Hope you link up a card this week!
Thanks for stopping by,
Patti J.
Gorgeous! Loving the colors!
ReplyDeleteWow Patti, your tag is fantastic with those bold colors from your alcohol inks! I love that and I great idea to add the dragonflies over it in black! Fantastic way to make easy cards for sure! I love making tags and hope to join you all this time! :) TFS!
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning, fabulous background and embossed images!
ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely. The rusty orange reminds me of a sunset and those adorable dragonflies are flying in the sunset. Cool!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty love the alcohol background - such pretty colors and then the dragon flies just pop off the tag embossed in black. Nice tag for this great challenge.
ReplyDeleteI love your cool background and fun sentiment. Great tag card! One of the best things about it is it can be given to a male or female, old or young.
ReplyDeleteWonderful background on this Patti. You rock as well!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card! The background is gorgeous and the black embossing really pops against it!
