Inspiration Palette Challenge - The House that Stamps Built

Happy Wednesday!

It's that time again at Repeat Impressions Stamps!  It’s challenge day at the RI blog, The House that Stamps Built, and we have a new Inspiration Palette Challenge for you. Here is the Inspiration Palette that Wendy gave us this week:

I was drawn in by these beautiful colors. It was hard for me to not look at this photo and try to reproduce exactly what I see (well, in my simple mind's way, anyway!).


I began by stamping the Large Pine Tree 3 times in gray and green. Then I made some 'hills' with a post it note, and stamped the Lg. Pine Forest a few times in gray and green. To finish, I made a few dots of glue and added irridescent glitter.

    You captured the snowy scene from the inspiration board perfectly! I love the extra sparkle you added with glitter, and the way you made your hills! Pretty card!

    Your card is stunning, Patti! I love the colors of your sky and the dreamy quality of the trees and snowscape. The bits of glitter add a magical sparkle. Altogether, it's wonderful!

    WOW, Patti, this is stunning! Fantastic use of the colors and a perfect winter card. Great touch with the glitter. That just sets off the entire creation.
