Hello there, everyone!
It's time for a new monthly challenge at Scor-Pal, and the theme is Any December Holiday, and of course, more than one fold.
I created a fun fold home decor item this month.
For my project, I used: Scor-Pal Eighths, and Scor-Tape 1/4".
Here's what I made:
This was created using strips of cardstock, scored at 1/2". The ends overlap to create a circular piece, which makes the rosettes. As you can see in the next photo, there are some punched circles to act as spacers between each layer. Layer dimension included at bottom of post.
Layers:
Note: I scored my sheets of 12 x 12 before cutting into strips!
3 strips of 12" x 4"
3 strips of 12" x 3.75"
3 strips of 12" x 3.5"
3 strips of 12" x 3.25"
3 strips of 12" x 3"
2 strips of 12" x 2.75"
2 strips of 12" x 2.5"
2 strips of 12" x 2.25"
2 strips of 12" x 2"
2 strips of 12" x 1.75"
2 strips of 12" x 1.5"
1 strip of 22" x 1.25" (Join a 12" and 10" strip together)
1 strip of 18" x 1" (Join a 12" and 6" strip together)
1 strip of 12" x 3/4"
We have a ton of inspiration in the Projects section of the Scor-Pal website and also on our Pinterest Board to help you get creative!
We hope to see your creations for Harvest or Fall in our 'More Than One Fold', Scor-Pal challenge!
