What a wonderful card, Patti. I love the card design. I hope you don't mind, but I feel a scraplift coming along. Love the green and white colour combo and your shamrocks are just lovely with the gem in the centre. Beautiful! Have a wonderful St. Patrick's Day on the 17th!
