Beautiful Monday in Missouri

Well, hello!
It's a lovely day, here in Missouri.  Hope it's good where you are!

All stamps are from Impression-Obsession.  Coloring with Copic Markers.

I don't have anything new to share today, but hope you will understand, and enjoy what I've posted. It was one of the cards that was published in the Spring Edition "Quick & Easy Cards" of Cardmaker.

I worked Friday and Saturday, helping with a benefit sale for a sweet little 4 month old that we dearly loved. The little guy was born with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy).  The sale went well, and we raised quite a bit to help offset medical bills (There was no health insurance).
We were quite pleased about that.  Sadly, we got a call from the family yesterday afternoon,
telling us that our little man had passed away.
If you are the praying type, prayers for this family would be greatly appreciated.
They live about five hours from us.  We will be driving down to attend services, so my posts this week will be few and far between.

Thanks for understanding why I haven't been dropping by your blogs.

Hugs and blessings,
Patti J.

  6. My condolences to the little fellow's family and all his wonderful friends who worked so hard to make his little life easier.
His time may have been short but he certainly made a big impact on a lot of people. I am sure he will be missed.
