I am so frustrated! I found out early this morning that Gina K. was having tryouts for a guest DT spot. She asked that we showcase our favorite of her technique videos. I immediately made this card. However, I've tried for all day to get this to post - Blogger problems, etc! So, now I'm late! lol.... my luck!
As you can see, my favorite of Gina's techniques is coloring with bleach! The entire card is heat embossed with gold. I've bleached the poinsettia's and the bows on the tree. Added some sparklies and gold pearls.
Hope you like it - thanks for stopping by!
Stamps are Gina K. Designs, by Melanie Muenchinger, and Theresa Momber.
Thanks for dropping by!
Hugs, Patti J.

Hi Patti, I found your blog while looking at the wonderful Mary's cards this morning. Your cards are truly amazing also ... Love them all especially the Little Stinker !!!
ReplyDeleteI noticed you asked what adhesive Mary used as your embellies sometimes fall off. I found a product that is WONDERFUL called Crafter's Pick Incredibly Tacky glue. If you put a flower on & let it dry a bit you can't GET it off !!! Love it !!!
Hugs, Janie

ReplyDeleteAh Patti what a disappointment for you. (I HATE disappointments!). Would it help if I truthfully said "your card is a real winner" and absolutely stunning. I didn't cop the bleached items - just fab.
