Merry Kiss-Moose!

We have had a great holiday, and hope that all of you have enjoyed the many blessings of the season. We certainly have eaten too much, but have loved having family home with us. Tomorrow, sadly, we take DS to the airport to fly back to California. The only upside to putting him on that plane is knowing that we will see him again in a month! Silly me, you'd think that I'd be used to saying goodbye by now, but these old eyes are tearing up thinking about it! He's 34, not 16 - I feel so foolish!!! Lol...

Today's card is another image of total sweetness from Nina at There's Magic in the Air. I think the moose is really supposed to be wearing a blanket, but I chose for him to be cute and brown! The challenge was to use the image, and to fuzzy it up a bit with something. I used Fun Flock on the mouse hat, and the ribbons, and the star. As usual, Nina's images are just so much fun to color!

I am also posting this to the Stamp, Scrap and Doodle Saturday's challenge. The theme there this week is to use a Christmas theme. Hopefully a Kissmoose theme will suffice!

The Charsma Cardz Challenge for this week is to use 'anything Chirstmas' - I think this works!

Last, but certainly not least, the Colour Create Challenge calls for using Red, Green, and White on a project. Muhahaha....I am 100% certain I have achieved that!

Have a great Sunday!

  4. This is so cute Patti. I think no matter how old your kids are you are still a parent. I'm so glad your separation is only for a short month. It will go by so quickly. PS...I ate too much too. I think I came home 5 lbs heavier...blek!

  7. I love the digi and the card. I know how you feel when the kids leave. It takes me a few days to get over it when my own kids leave. Thanks for the vote of confidence about the DT Call.

  13. You always do Nina's images so proud. I love where you used the fun flock! Especially on the gift. You also made me laugh out loud when I read your evil laugh on the last challenge you were submitting this for. You are too funny! I hope you son had a safe trip back home. Best, Curt
