Catching up with a few more cards...

Hi friends!
I've got a few more from my never seen stash. Some were published, and returned to me, and I had never posted them, and others were just made, mailed, and not shared! If you have any questions, give me a shout out! Otherwise, just enjoy, and thanks again for you patience with me. As an update, the baby is doing SO well (thanks for your prayers) and is now a one year old, God has taught me patience, and finally cured my lungs, and Crafty Patti is BACK!!!!!

A few more never seen items...

Happy Saturday!

Here are a few more items that have never seen blogland!

Give me a shout if you have questions, otherwise, enjoy!

First, this is a rack that my BFF Shirley's hubby built to hold my wooden stamps (well half of them, anyway)!  I love having them where I can see them, but use wooden stamps so seldom anymore. The rack is fabulous, and Wayne did a wonderful job.

Hello out there!

Hi there!

Haven't been here for a while, so I thought I'd do a few posts this week of just plain old 'catch-up'! I'm thinking that I'll just post some things that I've made, but have never made it to my blog. If you have questions, let me know! Otherwise, I'm going to just post lots of things with very few words.

Thanks for stopping by!

Flowers for Friends...

Hi all,

Sorry I've been MIA again. We have been battling the Creeping Crud here, and it's been tough to stay out of bed/recliner/couch long enough to create anything.

I saw that there was a Flowers for Friends challenge at Impression Obsession, and thought of this fun basket of flowers that I purchased at the stamp show last summer in Collinsville. So, here is my last minute attempt to throw a card together just in the nick of time! (The challenge ends in 2 hours!)

Here's my card:

For this card, I stamped in the middle of the cardstock, scored over to the image on both sides, fussy cut the image at the top, and folded the card over. In this second photo, you can see how it looks after cutting and folding.

I used Impression Obsession's 'Daisy Basket' for the image, and Impression Obsession's 'Solid Tree' for the sentiment.

Hope you are all doing well!

Soft and Subtle with Scor-Pal

Happy March, everyone!

I'm not sure where February went, but I hope that when it left, it took Mother Nature's bad moods with it. So tired of winter - ready for the trees to start budding out, and the SUN to begin shining.

The monthly challenge at Scor-Pal, is Soft and Subtle (soft colors, babies, whatever sparks your creativity), and of course, more than one fold.

I chose to make a fun panel card. This card closes flat for mailing in a 5 x 7 envelope, and when it's opened, it stands up proud and tall, to be seen.

For my project, I used: Scor-Pal Eighths, Scor-Tape 3/8", Scor-Tape 1/8"

Here is the card in standing position...

Here it is flat for mailing...

And here is the back of the card, where you can write and/or stamp a nice, long greeting...

I saw this card on Pinterest and followed the link to the tutorial HERE. There's a good video that shows the steps, and it's really pretty easy to put together. I had some soft, pretty designer paper from Stampin Up that I thought would finish the card perfectly.

We hope to see your Soft and Subtle creations in our More Than One Fold, Scor-Pal challenge!

We also have a ton of inspiration in the Projects section of the Scor-Pal website and also on our Pinterest Board to help you get creative!

Happy March!
