Table for Two

Hi everyone - Happy Friday!

I've made a very quick card, using products from Crafter's Companion.
What a fun stamp set this is!

Here's what I made:

I'm just calling this 'Table for Two' for now. I'm not sure who this will be going to,
or what occasion it will be for, so a sentiment will be added to the inside later.

Here are the products that I used:

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you liked this one!

I'll be back next week with another fun project for Crafter's Companion!

Here is the sketch that we were given to create with:

I didn't even flip this one!

Here's what I created, using these Repeat Impressions Stamps:

These are our colors for our school district, and also the district where
we attend church. We will certainly be sending out at least one graduation card, so this seemed a great way to use this sketch.

Now, it's your turn!
Come on over and join us in our Sketch Challenge!
Remember, you don't HAVE to use Repeat Impressions Stamps
but if you do, you have double the chance of winning!
I can't wait to see your beautiful cards using this photo!!!

Check out my sidebar to see how you can save money on your RI orders!

Now, it's time to see what my DT friends have created!

Today

Hi everyone - Happy Friday!

I hope you have a fun weekend planned...

I've made a fun card, using products from Crafter's Companion.
I love this happy bicycle die, and needed a 'just because' card. It was fun piecing this one together.

Here's what I made:

Isn't it fun? I had a bike with red fenders and handles!
I'm not confessing how long ago that was, but it was a LONG time!

Here are the products that I used:

A Happy Hello

Hello!
So glad you stopped by today!

It's time for a new Photo Inspiration challenge at The House that Stamps Built!

Here is the photo that we were given for inspiration:

The beautiful pink flowers captured my attention right away.  I didn't have any stamps that were close to the photo flower, so I improvised with my little heart wreath.  I think it turned out nicely!

Here is what I made today, using these Repeat Impressions Stamps:

This one was easy peasy!  The image & sentiment were stamped on white cardstock, colored, and fussy cut. The green card base, was topped with a panel of patterned paper, and the heart
wreath was popped up with some foam dots. Voila!

Now, it's your turn!
Come on over and join us in our Photo Inspiration Challenge!  If I
can do it, you can do it!!!

Remember, you don't HAVE to use Repeat Impressions Stamps
but if you do, you have double the chance of winning!
I can't wait to see your beautiful cards using this photo!!!

Designer Choice Challenge - Use leftover supplies...

Hello!

I hope you are enjoying your week - Happy Wednesday!

It’s challenge day at The House that Stamps Built, and we have a fun Designer’s Choice Challenge for you. RI Rock StarJoy, is hosting and has asked us to create something using the theme:
"Use Leftover Supplies/Paper".

Here's what I made using these Repeat Impressions Stamps:

And here is a side view....

My leftovers came from a card that I posted last Friday. I still had my dies, cardstock scrap, and bling out, so I used them!  My scrap of colored cardstock was not big enough for an entire card, so I actually made a skinny card, that I attached to a single sheet of black cardstock as a backing.

And now it’s your turn!
We hope you will create a card that has a focus on the DCC theme, ‘Use Leftover Supplies/Paper', and enter it in our challenge at The House that Stamps Built!  Remember, your creation does not have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would love to see them!  Plus, there’s an added bonus… you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing for using our stamps in your submissions!
One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate!

Check out my sidebar to see how you can save money on your RI orders!

Now, it's time to see what my DT friends have created!

Whew....two days at home!!!

Hi all,

Hope you have been patient with my 'missing in action' status.
My wonderful hubby took me on a 7 day Western Carribean cruise, and we just
got back home.  We're calling this our honeymoon, as we never had one!
We just celebrated 43 wonderful years together, so it's sort of an
overdue honeymoon :)  We had a great time - we cruised with several
couples from our Sunday School class!

Internet services 'started' at $16.00 per day on the ship, and we just felt that we
should be enjoying the trip and each other, and did only business that was required while gone.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding!

Now, I have two days to wash, dry, and repack my bags, as I leave for Germany on the 11th.
I'll be gone May 11-29, and will be helping DD with baby number 2, while spoiling baby #1 rotten!
DH is staying here to take care of things on the home front. This will be the longest trip I've
ever done 'solo', so send up some travel prayers for me, please!!!

I'll have internet, so hopefully, can pop in and leave some comments for you all.

Here's a fun card that I made the last time I had a 'play day' at my friend, Shirleys.
We tried the drapery fold. She had some pretty Stampin'Up! papers that worked beautifully
for this fold.  If you haven't tried it, find a tutorial, and give it a shot. Easy, fun, and pretty
results!

Project of the Week at 'The House'...

Greetings and Salutations!

Just a note to invite you to pop over to the Repeat Impressions blog, The House that Stamps Built, where my bestie, Shirley Hotop is our Project of the Week Hostess!

Shirley has some uber-fun techniques, and I can't wait to go see what she's sharing with us today!

I should add that I appreciate this lady so much. I was scheduled to post this week, but 'life'
happened, and I was overwhelmed. Shirley very graciously offered to do an extra
project, and I very gratefully accepted. Thank you dear friend - I will bring you
a souvenir!!!

Hope you can drop by The House that Stamps Built, and leave Shirley some kind words!!!

Have a great day,
Patti J.
